Choline alfoscerate (L-alpha glycerophosphocholine) GPC 25mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 6.25mg

Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 250mcg

Folate (Folic Acid) 200mcg
